Order Status - Answers
• Has my order shipped?
You will receive an email with your order tracking number and carrier once your order has left the warehouse. Click on the email link to view the delivery status and shipment facts such as dimensions, weight, carrier, current shipment location, and estimated delivery date.
• How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
You can call us or reply to an email from us and indicate any changes. Once an order has been processed or has shipped, quantities can not be changed on that order.
• How do I track my order?
An email with tracking information will be sent; this is a separate email from your order confirmation email. If you did not receive this email after 2 business days (M-F), reach out to eastcoastberns@gmail.com.
• My order never arrived.
Check for an email from eastcoastberns@gmail.com with tracking information. If the shipping status email indicates that the package is not moving or it was delivered and you did not receive it, contact us with your order information so we can investigate the problem with the carrier. Each shipment has a tracking number which the carrier will utilized to track the delivery status of the package.
• An item is missing from my shipment.
Each shipment has dimensions and the weight of the shipment on the carrier's web page. This helps us verify which items were included in the shipment because each of our items is packaged and ready for shipment in the warehouse. Please contact us with missing item issues.
• My item is missing parts.
The item web page lists all of the contents that will be shipped with the item. Verify the missing contents and contact us.
