Siberian Larch Wood
Hammock Stands are crafted from multiple laminated layers of natural Siberian Larch wood for superior strength and support. Each of the five layers are hand bent and radio frequency glued to form thicker, heavier beams that are characteristically arc shaped. Meticulous sanding is followed by hand oiling of the wood for protection against the elements. All the hammock stand hardware is Stainless Steel arranged into a double screw design for extra strength and stability.

The hammock stand will be a lighter color than the one pictured. The color of the wood is affected by additional coats of stains, marine varnish, and exposure to the elements. In addition to the strength and support of the Siberian Larch wood, it is also very unappealing to insects. The resins and chemical deposits in the Siberian Larch wood act as a natural antiseptic which deters insect damage. The Siberian Larch wood also contains extractives that are toxic to decaying fungi. Therefore, the Siberian Larch wood stand is highly resistant to decay and rot.
